Discovery & requirements
We clarify users, workflows, content and the essential outcomes for a first release. Requirements distinguish must-have functionality from future ideas and identify integrations or decisions that could affect the schedule.
BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS
Thoughtful websites, internal tools and custom software that solve a real business problem—and feel good to use.
Tell us the goal, your current setup and what needs to change.
THE BIG PICTURE
Your website or internal tool should do more than look finished. It should help people complete a task, handle expected errors and give your business a dependable foundation to maintain. We combine product discovery, interface design and development around a clearly defined use case. That might be a responsive business website, a store, a customer portal or a tool that connects your operations. We agree what the first release must do, build it in reviewable stages and test the important journeys before launch.
Your website no longer reflects your business, your tools require workarounds, or the next feature has outgrown the platform you started with.
WHAT’S POSSIBLE / SCOPE IS AGREED WITH YOU
Select the capabilities your project needs.
Your proposal defines the final deliverables.
We clarify users, workflows, content and the essential outcomes for a first release. Requirements distinguish must-have functionality from future ideas and identify integrations or decisions that could affect the schedule.
We map important journeys and design the screens needed to complete them. Layout, hierarchy, responsive behavior, accessibility and clear feedback all matter; a visually attractive screen is only part of a useful product.
We develop responsive pages, catalog experiences and purchasing flows suited to the agreed scope. Checkout, product options, customer messages and operational requirements are considered alongside the marketing pages.
Internal dashboards, portals and workflow tools are planned around real roles and tasks. Permissions, data validation, error states and administrative needs are discussed before development so they do not become launch surprises.
We connect supported services and define how information moves between them. The scope covers relevant API limits, authorization, data ownership and recovery requirements rather than assuming every external dependency is always available.
We test agreed user journeys, responsive layouts and expected failure cases. A release checklist covers environment settings, domain configuration, access, documentation and the responsibilities required to operate the product.
HOW YOUR PROJECT MOVES FORWARD
Agree users, content, journeys, integrations and acceptance criteria before selecting implementation details.
Review the interface and implement features in practical stages with visible feedback points.
Check the critical flows, document the setup and hand over the agreed source and operational guidance.
DEFINE SUCCESS BEFORE MEASURING IT
Task completion, Mobile usability, Reliable integrations, Clear ownership can all inform the conversation. We agree which indicators matter to your project, what access is required and how often the work should be reviewed.
We also distinguish the output we deliver from the business outcome it may support. A completed page, campaign or workflow is not the same as a guaranteed commercial result. Reporting should explain the difference, record important assumptions and give you practical next actions.
Where data is incomplete, we say so. The aim is to make the next decision clearer, rather than fill a report with impressive-looking numbers that cannot be connected to your goals.
WHY AREE SOLUTIONS
A clear brief, careful work and useful communication.
That’s the kind of partnership we want to build.
We start with your business objective, not a tool we want to sell. The work has a defined purpose and a practical scope.
Marketing, search, software and operations influence each other. We consider the journey across those boundaries.
You know what is included, what needs your input and what happens next. Changes are discussed before they become surprises.
Your business retains ownership of its accounts. Access, approvals and handover responsibilities are clearly defined.
A STRONG START
You do not need a perfect brief. A useful starting point is an honest picture of the business, what you have tried and where the current setup gets in the way.
Explain the service, product or process you want to improve and what a useful outcome would look like. If several priorities compete, we help identify a sensible first step.
Share relevant website links, tools, existing materials and available reports. Access is requested only when it is necessary for the agreed work; passwords should not be sent through an inquiry form.
Choose someone who can provide feedback and confirm decisions. Clear ownership and timely approvals help keep the project aligned and avoid contradictory instructions from different stakeholders.
Tell us about deadlines, budget expectations, platform limitations and dependencies on other teams. Raising these early makes the proposal more realistic and the trade-offs easier to understand.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
No invented package price.
A written quote for the work you actually need.
For businesses that need clarity before committing to a build.
For a website, campaign or workflow with a defined outcome.
For agreed work that benefits from a regular review cycle.
BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS
Your written proposal specifies the agreed outputs, review stages, timeline assumptions and responsibilities. It also makes exclusions visible: third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, licensed assets or work outside the agreed deliverables are not silently included. If a dependency changes, we discuss the effect on scope, timing and fees before proceeding.
Fees are quoted in USD and billed according to the accepted milestones or recurring schedule. A request for additional work is assessed separately and requires agreement. Service cancellations and any refund assessment follow the accepted proposal, completed work, committed costs and applicable rights. You can review our service terms before starting a conversation.
We agree what documentation, files, account access or operational guidance is handed over. Maintenance is a distinct responsibility: tools change, campaigns need review and software can require updates. A support period or ongoing engagement is included only when it is explicitly defined, so both sides know what happens after delivery.

More on your mind? Tell us what you need.
Ask a questionYes. A website can be designed around your brand, content and conversion paths. We also assess whether an existing platform can meet the requirements before recommending a custom implementation.
Yes. The scope can include products, options, cart, checkout and payment-provider integration. Stock management, shipping, taxes, refunds and fulfillment must also be defined before a store can responsibly accept live orders.
Responsive behavior is part of the design and implementation scope. Important layouts and user journeys should be checked on representative screen sizes, with any verification limits clearly recorded.
Stripe Checkout or other supported Stripe components can be integrated. Your business must supply its own approved account and complete required configuration. Integration does not guarantee approval or replace your business verification obligations.
Ownership, licensing and handover are defined in the project agreement. Third-party libraries, services and purchased assets keep their own license terms. We make those dependencies visible during planning.
We can start with a technical review of the codebase, hosting, integrations and current issues. That review helps define a realistic scope rather than promising changes before understanding the existing system.
The proposal defines the support period, maintenance tasks and how future requests are handled. Hosting fees, subscriptions, new features and content changes should be distinguished from fixes covered by the agreement.
An estimate depends on pages, user roles, integrations, content, data and the complexity of the workflows. We use discovery to define deliverables and dependencies, then provide a written scope with payment milestones.
