Proposal and acceptance
Every engagement requires an accepted written proposal covering the work, deliverables, fees in USD, timeline, client responsibilities, revisions, acceptance criteria and payment milestones. Website descriptions outline capabilities and are not a project-specific commitment.
Fees and billing
Payment dates and any deposits are agreed in the proposal. Advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting, stock assets and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included. Recurring work requires an agreed billing schedule and cancellation process; an inquiry does not authorize charges.
Access and client materials
Clients provide accurate requirements, authorized access and materials they have permission to use. Do not send passwords in the website inquiry form. Access-sharing methods and permissions should be agreed during onboarding. Delayed access, approvals or feedback may affect timelines.
Changes and approvals
Work outside the agreed scope may change fees and dates. Changes require written agreement before additional work proceeds. Revision limits, feedback milestones and sign-off arrangements are defined for the engagement.
Performance expectations
SEO rankings, traffic, advertising returns and revenue are not guaranteed. Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond a single supplier’s control. Automations and software are tested against agreed requirements; third-party platforms can change and some workflows require human review.
Ownership and handover
The proposal specifies ownership or licensing of deliverables, any payment conditions for transfer and treatment of pre-existing tools or third-party assets. Handover materials, access and documentation are agreed as part of the scope.
Support and maintenance
Post-delivery support, bug-fix periods, maintenance, hosting and ongoing optimization are included only where stated in the proposal. A new feature or platform change may require a separate scope.
Cancellation and concerns
Send cancellation or delivery concerns through the contact page with the project reference. Completed work, approved third-party commitments, the agreement and applicable rights guide the review. See Returns & refunds for the related policy.
